- Is there a free tier?
- Yes. Gratis needs an email address and a password — no card.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancelling Pro from the billing portal stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Your account returns to the free tier. Your data stays until you delete it or delete the account.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes — from your account settings, in a portable format, whenever you like.
- Who am I buying from?
- Ludyem AS, a Norwegian company. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record, so your receipt and any tax come from Stripe.
